We accept Visa, MasterCard, cheque, money order or cash. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges.
ACCOUNTS
All purchases must be paid c.o.d. or prepaid. If you would like to establish an account please contact us for more information.
Quote sheets will be sent for any orders and are required to be signed prior to assembly or preparation of gift kits or packages begin. Large volume customers and frequent customers may be eligible for discounts.
DELIVERY
Our eco gift kits and packages can be delivered throughout the Greater Vancouver area for a minimal fee. Shipping outside the Greater Vancouver Area can be arranged. For rates please inquire. In order to insure timely delivery please inquire about shipping deadlines. To avoid disappointment during the festive season we recommend placing orders early.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We want to ensure our customers are receiving excellent products and service. However, sometimes substitutions are necessary due to lack of availability. With your confirmation we will substitute with items of equal or greater value.
